Enquiry and Booking

We welcome all kinds of enquiry. Any question can be sent to us by using enquiry form or via email. Normally we will reply all enquiry' within two working days.

Booking should be done via email up to one month ahead of the travel after discussing the tour itinerary, prices, etc. with us. When sending the firmed booking please include the followings :
- Full name
- Gender
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Passport issue date and expire date
Of each tour member plus details of the tours such as dates, hotel accommodation types, flight information, etc.

After receiving your firmed booking via email, we will email our confirmation / invoice within two working days.

Payment
Once received our confirmation / invoice the advance payment of 30~50% of total tour cost has to be sent to us. Depending on the tour itinerary and its starting point, we will mention in our confirmation / invoice whether the payment be sent to Bangkok or to Vientiane. The remaining payment shall be paid on the start of the tour in cash.

Cancellation and Refund
There will be no refund for any cancellation made after sending the advance payment.

After the commencement of the tour , no refund in full or in part will be made for the services included in the programs but not utilized by the clients.

Liability
Laos Travel acts as intermediaries between the concerned air lines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices, etc. providing the services.
Laos Travel is therefore not responsible for any losses, injury or damage sustained by the tourists including those occurred outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be born by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of publication and are therefore subject to change without prior notice. before or during the tours.

Participation in our tours implies the tourists' agreement to the above conditions.
