Day 1 < D >
Arrival Vientiane and transfer to hotel. City tour includes: visit of Vat Prakeo, That Luang, Anousavari, etc. and market.
Dinner and overnight in Vientiane.

Day 2 < BLD >
After breakfast transfer to the airport. Fly to Luang Namtha. Lunch and excursion to Muang Sing at 57 km. Visit Ban Nam KeoNoy, Ban Koum. Overnight at the guesthouse in Muang Sing.

Day 3 < BLD >
After breakfast visit the Yao Village of Ban Phou Done Than in the area of Lao-China border. Visit Ban Houinamkeo an Iko Village, by 3 km walk. Return to Nam Tha town. Overnight in Luang Namtha.

Day 4 < BLD >
After breakfast transfer to Oudomsay. Visit Ban Lao Houai and Lao-China border. Visit Ban Nam Sai and Ban Na Mor. Overnight in Oudomsay.

Day 5 < BLD >
After breakfast transfer to Pakbeng ( a town on the bank of Mekong river in the south of Udomsay province. On the way visit villages. Overnight in Pakbeng.

Day 6 < BLD >
Breakfast and boat ride on the Mekong river to Luang Prabang. Visit the caves at Pak Ou. Visit Ban Sanghai ( the rice wine distillation village ). Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 7 < BLD >
After breakfast visit the museum housed in the former Royal Palace, Phou Si temples on a hill, Vat Xiengthong, Vat May, Vat Praphouthabath, Vat Visoun. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 8 < BLD >
Breakfast and visit the handicrafts shops and market. Transfer to the airport. Fly to Vientiane. Free at leisure, dinner and overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

Day 9 < B >
After breakfast visit market and transfer to the airport or Thai-Lao border bridge for departure.

Lao visa can be obtained on arrival Lao side of the Thai-Lao border bridge or Vientiane airport. You need to have a valid passport ( valid till 6 months after the Lao visit ), 1 color photo and a fee of US$ 30.
